Lest you think we are a group that is all work and no play, rest assured we enjoy a variety of activities to include family members as well as Lions.
Annual Events include our Steak Fry and Christmas Party. The Steak Fry, a relaxed picnic, was held at the Lions Den and was well attended by Lions, spouses and guests. Steak, baked potatoes, fresh corn, salad and desserts were enjoyed by all.
We have held a Year End Holiday Party for several years at Green Valley Country Club. Dinner and dancing, combined with a raucous gift exchange are highlights of the evening.
Dinner Theater trips have been arranged at different times over the years too. Most recently the group traveled to nearby Kutztown and in previous years we have gone to Myerstown and Delaware to dinner theaters. And we enjoyed a bus trip to Annapolis for a tour and football game.
